Essick Water Bottle Cap
My humidifier is over 10 years old and the seals on the caps started to leak. So I purchased these replacement caps to see if that would solve the problem. Once the new caps were installed, the leaks immediately stopped. This was a very inexpensive way to fix the problem instead of having to buy a new humidifier.
Defective
I have ordered these twice before and found that one in each package is defective. I have to reorder so I can get a second one to work. Thinking the problem might be with the bottles I ordered two new bottles. It was the caps again. I called Essicks customer service and received about the same treatment from a rep who was just doing her job to collect a pay check, no help at all. In the future I will definitely rethink about Essick. I also had a filter inside the tank collapse making a mess. If the caps don't fit properly they leak all over the floor and another mess to clean up.
Spot one
If this is the product that requires these caps, then you are spot on for what you are missing. .
