Great sharpener for your slicer blade.. if you have a Chefs Choice meat / food slicer it is well worth the money spent !

Used it once. It was relatively easy. It sharpened the blade on my slicer noticeably better than it was previously.
Works better than I expected (or hoped)
I was getting ready to buy a new blade for my slicer, as the old one has really gotten dull. I spotted this sharpener and decided to give it a try. if you use it correctly (follow the directions) it REALLY sharpens the blade well! Exceeded my expectations, now I don't need a new blade, and the slicer works like new. Good investment.
