Whirlpool W10156252 Switch for Washer

Exact replica; problem solved thanks to YouTube and Amazon
This small electronic component called a "Water Pressure Switch", "Pressure Switch", or, just a "Switch", began failing after five years. My Kenmore Elite HE5T was giving error F35 and not working properly. I was able to google the error and found YouTube videos that gave me hope. I found the part here in Amazon and ordered right away. Perfect fit; no modifications needed. You will need a 7 mm socket and a ratchet to unscrew the three screws on the back of the top cover of the washer, and a small tweezer to pull the white connector out of the electronic card inside the old switch. The white connector is attached to other washer components via blue cables. There is also a black hose that must be pulled down and out of the switch prior to replacement. I recommend to read all the other posts and watch the YouTube videos, because you can pick different information from each. Here is the approach I would recommend: 1. Unplug the machine before you do anything else. 2. Turn the switch...

Saved us!
Our whirlpool front loading washing machine stopped working. In looking up problems, this part was suggested. The distributor locally asked more for the part. We received the part in two days and the washer is back up and running with a simple fix. Thank you Amazon! We did not even need to call in a repair man!

Came to my rescue
It was delivered quickly in 3 days. Easy to install for a person with no plumbing experience on a whirlpool front loader only 5 years old. I works great. Save me from going to laundry mat again. Thank you
