**refurbished** or not the true brand
After owning a swivel sweeper g2 for over a year and it holding up to my busy, large family (6 children ages 2-12, and 2 adults), on our hardwood and tile floors, I was forced to purchase another one (the two pack was a bonus, I THOUGHT), after my two year old played with it his final time. It wasnt even the mechanism that gave it up, the outside housing broke after he slammed it under the fridge. My order did arrive quickly, which is the only good thing about the seller of this so called deal. The first swivel was taken out of the box, fully charged the 8 hours it called for, and put to work. I immediateley noticed it wasnt near as powerful as my original sweeper, but used it anyway for about two weeks. Due to hair, dust, trash getting caught in the brushes, we learned a good cleaning and maintenance was necessary to upkeep this time saver I had initially invested in. Wonderful
This was the best buy I have ever made. I sent the second one to my sister and she just raves about it. I love the light weight, the ease of using it, especially for underneath furniture. It makes my life so much easier. Everyone should have one. I have a friend who has one for the basement and one upstairs. Absolutely the best. djb
Terrible and Cheap!
Very cheaply made, doesn't pick up well, bogs down on rugs, doesn't have wheels and left scuff marks on my dark laminate! Worst product I've ever purchased. Trying to return it and get no replies to my emails to customer service. Buy a good name brand product. This thing is the worst!
