Nice for heat, better for cool
We own a B&B made of vintage railroad cabooses in Northern California's wine country and we now own four of these units. Being cabooses, the rooms are about 450 square feet with this unit in the center of one wall keeping the room cool or hot depending on the season.
The nice thing about this unit is that it's inexpensive, installs in moments and just does the job. Our guests don't need to be rocket scientists to operate the included remote control and the unit can cope with summers where the outside temperature reaches 110
