Coupling selection - determine if this is the one for your Waring blender.
Item bought from Goodman's via Amazon. (Arrived early and well packaged.)
Bought this for my Waring RB75C. Appears identical to the broken part. This is a right hand threaded coupling with an aluminum 'leg'. You can tell the 'handedness' by the way flats (as opposed to the slopes) face. The screw thread is aluminum and threads onto the stainless steel shaft of the blender. Under some level of stress the threads will be stripped. This may be by design so that the coupling gives way rather than the shaft, which would require the motor to be replaced. I'd recommend getting two of them. If you have stripped one then you are likely to strip another.
This fits the following Waring blenders:

Right part, good price, blender built to last
I love products that are built to last. My Waring classic blender has been a workhorse for about 15 years. When I found that the screw going into the motor base had stripped, I went online and was shocked by the cost of a new Waring Classic. But then I found the multiple sites that sell individual parts for this blender. Even better, I called Waring and talked to a rep who was able to tell me the exact part number that I needed. $10 and a few days later, I was back in blending business!
What a great company and product! Products that are repairable and built to last are environmental champions, and provide day-to-day satisfaction. The Waring Classic Blender is one of those satisfying products.
perfect
I love my blender, but it is quite expensive. This is the second time which I have ordered parts in the past 5 years from Amazon. Each time, for a very small amount of money, I have a brand new blender!
The parts are always exactly what I ordered. If I ordered the parts on the Waring website, it would have been considerably more money and I would have had to pay shipping charges too.
I love ordering from Amazon!
