Almost Perfect
The product is as advertised. It meets all specifications. However the packaging needs to be improved to protect the corners of the product that tend to get bent during the mail handling process.
Not satisfied
The Aprilaire 10 filter arrived at my house damaged from shipping. It was packaged in a plastic bag with no cardboard to protect it. The corners were smashed in and the filter not useable. Very disappointed.
New Life for my Humidifier
I had been wondering why the whole house humidifier wasn't working as well as it should. Then, I read the manual which recommended changing the water panel pad as a fix.
I knew the general cost of the item at the home improvement stores but decided to go online to comparison shop. This vendor gave the best value for my dollar so I could order two of them and have one ready when I need to replace it the next time.
This item fit perfectly. The humidifier thanked me by performing well for the rest of the season.
The order was received promptly (within a few days).
